In the large garden, you can explore a multitude of different spaces; first of all, you will probably look for the outdoor swimming pool, which is well protected from the view and the wind. <\/span>There is another special space with a meditation room, yoga, exercises, conferences, group work and more, spacious and welcoming. There is also a charming space with a small amphitheater, protected by screens where you can read, draw, make music, contemplate or just do nothing and simply feel. Finally, an infinity of possibilities to feel good and get in touch with yourself. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our vacation at Christine’s finca is our annual gem. The house is wonderfully and lovingly furnished. There is a little detail to discover in every corner. Each room has its own beautiful character. So that it is difficult to make a decision because of the similarity. The whole thing is composed in a coherent ensemble, which is thanks to the hostess’s excellent sense of color and aesthetics. A real treat for us as artists! At the same time, the food is stunning. Always a little taste sensation: healthy, delicious and of course – as always – aesthetically prepared. It’s worth coming to the finca for that alone. It is also not far from the sea. And the pool in the beautiful garden is also perfect for a refreshing dip. Christine is a profound hostess, full of spirit, lightness and joy. What more do you need to feel completely at ease? We always come back recharged and deeply relaxed.

From the very first minute I took you into my heart and think of this wonderful place almost every day, especially when I cook<\/span>\ud83e\udd29<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I have taken your fantastic cuisine into my everyday life and have been greatly inspired by your cooking.<\/span><\/p>\n

The jackfruit dish in particular has become THE classic in our house, but I was also able to take away the whole approach and attitude to food in general.<\/span><\/p>\n

But there are so many other things in your paradise that really make you blossom.<\/span><\/p>\n

This beautiful room (we had the blue one) with the wonderfully ingrown terrace and the loving furnishings was simply to feel good. Mattresses great, finally a vacation without back pain!!! <\/span><\/p>\n

Complete, wonderful peace and quiet, even by the pool, simply wonderful.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first vacation (and we’ve had countless others) where I actually fought back tears as we said goodbye <\/span>\ud83d\ude25<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We had a wonderful vacation here – in the form of perfect food, meditation, natural surroundings, rooms that you couldn’t decorate so tastefully yourself. If you value nutrition and stress reduction, this is the place for you. It is a place of nature. If you expect pedicures, manicures and massages on the spot at all times, or if you want to drown your stay in alcohol and numb it with disco music, you should perhaps look elsewhere. A little tip: ask for a meditation session. The best thing is the vegan raw food. I had imagined beforehand that it would certainly be healthy, but I couldn’t have imagined that it would do me so much good and taste so wonderful. Even after the vacation, the food had worked, as we are now trying to incorporate some of these findings into our diet. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our time at Finca Verde de La Luz was more than just an ordinary vacation for us: it was also a detox through the art of healthy eating – you could feel the love in the food, in an inspiring atmosphere created by the individual design of the rooms. The soothing sounds of nature, the vastness, the diversity of the vegetation and the radiant warmth of the light nourished us on all levels. We were warmly looked after – free to plan our own personal day. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our unfortunately much too short stay with Christine was a real pleasure. We felt very comfortable in the rooms, which Christine has made cozy with great attention to detail. The beautiful garden and pool area are a little oasis. <\/span><\/p>\n

The daily breakfast was always wonderfully fresh, plentiful and delicious, with little taste surprises in between. <\/span><\/p>\n

Christine’s cooking skills have already been mentioned many times here and we can only agree. We learned some new things about vegan cooking and took them home with us. Jackfruit barbecuestyle is definitely going into our repertoire! <\/span><\/p>\n

Hello, <\/span>My girlfriend and I visited Christine in May 2022. I was very skeptical as I am a meat eater, unlike my girlfriend.
<\/span>I was proved wrong, the food here is really great. Christine cooks like she’s from another planet, next level. Raw food and vegetarian (vegan) is not just raw food.
<\/span>It’s worth mentioning that the raw food dishes here are cooked to a maximum of 48 degrees, which was also new to me, and that really makes all the difference. You don’t notice that they cook without animal products. I was very surprised and would recommend it to anyone. <\/span><\/p>\n

The outdoor area with pool is very tastefully and lovingly laid out, you can let your thoughts and eyes wander there, all you can hear is the peace and quiet and nature.
<\/span>The pool is big enough to cool off in and the water is very clean.
<\/span>The 4 guest rooms are all very lovingly furnished with attention to detail. The beds (mattresses) are very good and you sleep deeply relaxed. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower and everything works perfectly. <\/span><\/p>\n

Conclusion:
<\/b><\/span>After a week with Christine, it was very hard to say goodbye because everything is just like home, only much nicer and so is the weather.
<\/span>If you want peace and quiet, stable good weather and want to do something good for your body with healthy food, this is the place for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who would have thought that a week off could have such a lasting effect?
<\/span>The days spent with you in your beautiful, lovingly furnished house, with the wonderful garden filled with birdsong, were a successful rest for the soul, your great food was pure pleasure and pure relaxation for the body. You are a very pleasant hostess, always there, open to the many small and large wishes of the stressed vacationers and of course always ready to share the secrets of raw food cooking.
<\/span>The area is beautifully green in spring, it blooms and smells, the sea is cold, but we ventured in anyway. The beaches are miles long and invite you to hike and laze around. The coastal hike from Los Canos de Meca to Barbate is great and definitely recommended. The excursions to Seville, Vejer de la Frontera and Tarifa are absolutely worthwhile.
<\/span>The biggest surprise for me was your amazing food. I had no idea what raw food was, but I was ready to embark on the adventure and it was worth it. Your kitchen is a bit like an alchemist’s laboratory, you shred, chop, slice, dry and squeeze, then somehow it all comes together again and the end result is always surprising and tastes delicious.
<\/span>I am determined to take some of your art into my everyday life and integrate one or two things into my kitchen.
<\/span>All in all, the week with you was wonderfully restful, relaxing and beneficial, we will definitely be back!<\/span><\/p>\n

This was our 2nd time here. In the morning, Christine’s delicious, rich and lovingly prepared breakfast gave us strength and delighted all our senses! Pure vacation feeling! We also thought it was great that we could eat our breakfast both before and after our “horse program”! Our room (3-person suite) is so beautifully designed and furnished with a super nice view of the sunset from the terrace….. Overall, we found the atmosphere both in the guest house with Christine and with the horses with Melina, Thomas and the interns very warm, open-minded and humorous!<\/span><\/p>\n

The guest house is highly recommended. Just stepping into the beautiful house is a treat for the senses thanks to the colors and furnishings. Each room is unique and has its own individual design. We were warmly welcomed.
The food is great and the vegan world opened up to me in a completely new way. The hostess also fulfilled all our individual wishes for the food. She is a warm-hearted, profound person and the conversations with her are very interesting. Every time we came back from a riding event, it was like coming home. The atmosphere created by the hostess made it easy for the guests to get in touch with each other if necessary, as there was a family atmosphere. At the same time, there was also the freedom to be on their own. The atmosphere created by the hostess provided a wonderfully free balance of both. <\/span><\/p>\n

Christine is the good soul of the guest house. We were spoiled every morning with a delicious vegan breakfast, which Christine prepared freshly and lovingly every day. With freshly squeezed juices, home-baked bread and colorful fruit salad with a specially created sauce, there really was nothing left to be desired. We also really enjoyed the vegan dinner. The guest house and the rooms are lovingly designed, spacious and have a lovely terrace. The location in the middle of nature and the peace and quiet are simply wonderful. We were looking for something in Andalusia with horses. Food was not our first priority. And when we read that Christine offers vegan raw food, we were a little skeptical at first. However, vegetarian for a week was something we could imagine. So we made a booking.

Unsettled by the general situation, it was great that they were so open and accommodating to let everything depend on how the politicians would decide before our departure. And that was exactly right. We were able to fly and got to know Christine, Thomas and Melina, who made it possible for us to have a wonderful stay with them.
<\/span>Not only the riding and handling of the horses was a complete success, but also Christine’s cooking and the whole stay. Warm hosts, nice fellow vacationers, beautiful excursions, good weather…

We have rarely had such a great vacation! Very individual “care” from Christine! Starting with the beautiful, individually designed junior suite and, above all, the individual attention to nutrition! Christine takes everything into account: mealtimes, likes and dislikes. We were here because it is the only vacation resort where we know we will be provided with excellent raw food cuisine.
There were lots of activities for us during the day: cycling, uphill and downhill, individual yoga lessons with Elli and relaxing by the beautiful pool! <\/span><\/p>\n

Our main wish for this vacation was to be pampered with a raw food diet. We also wanted to enjoy the silence and meditate, in other words to really calm down and switch off. We might also go for the occasional walk, run, cycle and swim to get some physical exercise to balance things out.
<\/span>We were here for the first time two and a half years ago for a raw food vacation. It was fantastic! The most delicious raw food, in many variations, the finest desserts. We were incredibly pleasantly surprised, it was so delicious and energizing at the same time. No feeling of fullness after eating, but full of energy, full of energy.
This stay inspired us to switch to raw food ourselves. We have been doing this for 1.5 years now and are increasingly enthusiastic about the positive side effects that we are gradually noticing.
<\/span>Once again, we were delighted with the delicious food and brought home lots of tips for expanding our raw food diet.
<\/span>The combination of peace and activity is particularly great here. We rented mountain bikes from Francisco in Vejer de la Frontera (great selection & good advice) and explored the area. Great views of the countryside and the sea, which is also easy to reach by bike. Incidentally, a great side effect of the raw food diet is that despite intensive mountain biking and running in this hilly landscape with steep inclines, there was not a trace of muscle soreness. These training sessions would previously have been unthinkable without sore muscles. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Conclusion: Great atmosphere, delicious food, very hospitable, beautiful weather, swimming pool, beautiful sea, surfing opportunities. Completely forget everyday life at home! <\/span><\/p>\n

It was one of the best family vacations in a long time. And one thing first: we came up with the idea of booking there because of the healthy cuisine. Christine prepares everything with a lot of love and you can taste it. Even for those who are skeptical, it should be said at this point: if you don’t necessarily consider vending machine meatballs to be a meal and would like to try something without meat or animal products, you will definitely be pleasantly surprised.

It was relaxing from the first day, the drive from Malaga airport to your place was relaxed.
You, dear Christine, gave us a very friendly and inviting welcome, the finca is super beautiful and tastefully renovated and furnished. The food was prepared with a lot of love every day. Even our daughter, who doesn’t always eat everything, liked it, she even loved the delicious freshly squeezed juice in the morning. The food was always delicious and you were happy to cater to our wishes. Even for non-raw foodies, it’s a nice change and really recommendable……

I was there for two weeks. I can’t think of a more fitting word than beautiful. Everyone puts their heart and soul into it ….. Especially at the moment, you can really come to rest here and forget everything around you. The food is prepared with a lot of know-how and love and is delicious every day. There was no problem with Corona. I didn’t have any difficulties at the airport or on the way, and the way people interact in Spain leaves plenty of room for life, joy and genuine encounters. And as soon as you get to the ranch, you have the opportunity to forget everything for a moment if you want to. We found our one-week stay at the Andalucia Spirit Ranch to be a balm for the mind and palate: firstly, there was the warm welcome from Christine, who took excellent care of our domestic and physical well-being in the charming house. The vegan cuisine in raw food quality is unrivaled in our opinion, from wild herb shots and homemade bread, honey-coconut butter and (naturally vegan) fruit yoghurt for breakfast to purely plant-based gyros, spaghetti bolognese and strawberry tarts made from cashew cream on a buckwheat-oat base – it all tasted great and was also very good for us…. But there are also plenty of opportunities for non-riders like us to unwind – hiking on sand through the endless pine forests of the Brena National Park, along the (undeveloped!) beach of Cap Trafalgar, or visiting the world’s largest pigeon loft and cities like Tarifa (where the Mediterranean and Atlantic meet) or C\u00e1diz. If you want to relax even more, you can simply lie by the pool….<\/span><\/p>\n

We plan to come back soon – especially in Corona times, the small ranch was an ideal vacation destination from our point of view!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Looking back, I can say that it was one of the most memorable and intense times of my life that I will always remember as very special….. I was able to learn something from the great people Christine, Thomas and Melina in so many areas. First and foremost, of course, about communication and dealing with horses, a sensible, horse-friendly riding style, but also a great deal about healthy and wholesome nutrition from Christine….. I got to know Christine as soon as I arrived and immediately took her to my heart. From that moment on, we always had long and enjoyable conversations about a wide variety of topics whenever we saw each other.

Our stay at the Andalucia Spirit Horse Ranch was a wonderful, very special experience for my daughter (14 years) and me (50 years)….. We had a rental car and were therefore able to explore the beautiful surroundings and drive to the beach.

Riding and relaxing: Andalucia Spirit is worth a visit – What a visit to Equitana 2019 in Essen can do. I met Melina and Thomas, the owners of the Horse Ranch, at the Andalucia Spirit stand. I was immediately impressed by the landscape pictures and the photos of the horses. After a brief conversation with Melina, it was already clear that I had to go there.
I was able to convince my partner Barbara, who no longer rides, of the double room with shower room and terrace in front of the room, the pool in the garden and the vegan\/vegetarian half board in the attractive Spanish finca. So I booked shortly afterwards. The flight from D\u00fcsseldorf to Jerez de la Frontera was entertaining. After a good hour’s drive in the hire car, we were warmly welcomed…. The vegan\/vegetarian catering provided by Christine was excellent and very lovingly prepared, ensuring an all-round successful stay in the stylishly furnished finca. <\/span><\/p>\n

From December 1 to December 11, my husband and I went on a riding vacation at the Andalucia Spirit – Horse Ranch.
….Our accommodation and food were a real surprise – fantastic! We had a stylish and comfortably furnished room with a modern bathroom and our own terrace.
The food was not to be missed – Christine prepared it for us every day. There were delicacies and culinary surprises, lovingly prepared and presented. Vegetarian, wheat-free, healthy and fresh.
Our riding vacation turned into a wellness vacation with sustainability, food for thought and unforgettable experiences. <\/span><\/p>\n

I found Christine to be a very attentive, helpful and sensitive hostess. She spoiled us with her masterful culinary skills. The rooms are lovingly furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The stay in your finca was very pleasant all round. <\/span><\/p>\n

I attended a meditation workshop in beautiful Andalusia. I was really looking forward to it as it was my second time as a guest.
I received a very warm welcome. My room was a dream. It was very spacious, with its own terrace, flooded with light and exceptionally tastefully and lovingly furnished.
The first tour around the finca was impressive. The newly built large pool invited us to spontaneously “jump in”. The comfortable sun loungers with a view of the trees or the lush oleander provided pure relaxation.
The newly built wooden seminar house was extremely spacious and we had enough room to retreat to different places in small groups.
The freshly prepared meals exceeded all my expectations. Vegetarian, vegan and raw food delicacies were on offer. The many variations were a culinary experience, not to mention the desserts.
It was a wonderful time all round and I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. <\/span><\/p>\n

Starting with the room, which was so lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail, to the food – so varied, with the best ingredients, whether raw food – vegan or vegetarian – every day was a feast for the senses.

Christine knew how to delight us with her delicacies every day and so we got to know completely new eating habits here. It was a feast for the eyes and the palate every time. She looks after her guests in a caring, attentive and very loving way and listens to all requests and wishes. You can feel this love in everything she brings to the table. <\/span><\/p>\n
