Vegan raw food cuisine: Learn the basics of vegan raw food cuisine and discover how to prepare plant-based milk, yoghurt, cheese, bread, soups, salads, dips, spreads and much more. Varied dishes: From quick soups and delicious salads to heavenly desserts and cakes – there’s something for everyone here. Cooking together: The morning belongs to the workshop, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared and enjoyed together. Each day is dedicated to a specific theme. Free time: The afternoon is free to explore the surrounding area, relax on the beach or meet up for meditation.
