Raw food workshop: Healthier living
You want to eat healthier, but don’t want to compromise on taste. Then you’ve come to the right place. In this 5-day workshop (+2 days arrival and departure + 1 day off in between) you will learn the basics of vegan raw food cooking in a small group.
You will learn how to prepare: plant-based milk, yogurt and cheese, bread and crackers, soups and salads, dips and spreads, spaghetti and pizza… and of course desserts!

We prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner together and enjoy them together. Each day has a specific theme and of course we also have free time planned, as there is plenty to discover in the surrounding area. Beautiful little towns invite you to stroll around, the sea with its endless sandy beaches invites you to relax.
To round off our week holistically, you are invited to take part in a short meditation every morning. Or you can book yoga classes with Claudia.
This raw food workshop is designed to show you how versatile a vegan raw food diet can be and how easily you can integrate it into your daily life. You will quickly realize how it changes your life, because natural foods are very rich in nutrients and give us more energy and joie de vivre. We can strengthen our immune system and become more conscious in all areas of life.
