Just as proper nutrition and exercise help us to keep our bodies healthy, meditation can help us to control and detoxify our thoughts. Because negative thoughts can poison us just as much as bad food.

Raw food diet

During this time, we are consciously eating an exclusively raw vegan diet, the most natural form of nutrition, which helps our body to eliminate toxins and not absorb new ones.
Raw food is living food.
If you’re thinking of salad and carrot sticks, ideally with a dip, you’re completely wrong!
You will be amazed at what raw food cuisine has in store for you. A whole new world of indulgence will open up to you.
You don’t have to do without pizza or creamy desserts, of course there is also “milk” and yoghurt and “bread”…
In the raw food kitchen, nothing is heated above 42°. However, we are not talking about cold food from the fridge. A soup heated to 42° is something special.

We start the day together with meditation.
Meditation is a very important building block for a healthy and balanced life. Meditation makes us calmer and more peaceful and we automatically pass this on to others
Meditation is also recommended by doctors
In many parts of the world, meditation is now a recognized method for achieving inner balance, reducing stress and optimizing physical and mental health. Doctors and scientists also recommend regular meditation practice, for example to increase mental clarity, improve physical well-being or to better cope with the demands of everyday life.
However, meditation is much more than a simple means of improving your external well-being.
Focusing our attention inwards allows us to access spiritual experiences and, with regular practice, opens up a feeling of harmony, happiness and peace. We will realize that we are all connected and this in turn creates mindfulness towards ourselves, all life and the whole of nature.

After the morning meditation we will meet for gentle, simple yoga exercises.
Yoga, like meditation, can make a noticeable difference to our lives.
As part of our detox yoga, we show you exercises that help to stimulate our elimination processes in a variety of ways. Calm movements in combination with slow, gentle breathing will support us in this. We strive to deepen our exhalation. This calms the nervous system and supports detoxification at the same time. Stretching and breathing exercises performed with awareness, followed by relaxation exercises are the focus of our yoga sessions. Overall, the exercises will lead us to inner peace and serenity.
We feel what tensions we can let go of, what we want to separate from and let go of. At the same time, we also sense what we want to open up to anew.

After After meditation, yoga and a fortifying raw food breakfast, we will set off on short tours in the fresh air. We will explore the surrounding area on foot – some of which can be done barefoot. The wonderful natural surroundings right on our doorstep invite us to explore them and enjoy the magical views. We get the musculoskeletal system, the respiratory system, the cardiovascular system, the entire organism and its detoxification and elimination processes going.
Sea and beach…
We will use the car for short distances to reach the beautiful destinations nearby. The sea with its sandy beaches and cliffs entices us to hike along its coastline.
We will walk along the beach to the lighthouse of the historic Cabo de Trafalgar.
Through the nature park…
Or the path from Caños de Meca leads up the pine forest of La Breña National Park to the Torre de Tajo. From there, you can enjoy sweeping views of the bays of Barbate and Zahara de los Antunes all the way down to Tarifa and the distant hills of the Moroccan coast.
Into the small town…
Another time we climb up the old Roman paths to the white village of Vejer de la Frontera with its historic defensive structure, time-honored cobblestones, towers, archways and pretty, winding alleyways…
Along the steep coast…
The flat beaches along the cliffs of Conil de la Frontera are not to be missed. Depending on the tide, the path leads along the top of the cliffs or down along the flat beach, sometimes interspersed with small rock formations.
Conscious breathing…
Suggestions and exercises for deep and conscious breathing, connecting with ourselves and invitations to short walking meditations can round off the excursions.
